Virtual Meeting With HLS Alumna Michelle Wu
The Harvard Law School Association of Massachusetts is pleased to invite you to a virtual meeting with distinguished Harvard College (Class of 2007) and Harvard Law School (Class of 2012) alumna Michelle Wu, who is the first woman of color to serve as President of the Boston City Council. Michelle is seeking to become the first graduate of Harvard Law School in 100 years to serve as the Mayor of Boston. Michelle will discuss her transition from HLS graduate to public service, her perspectives as an Asian-American woman on the increase in hate crimes confronting the nation and racial biases in our universities and law schools, and her perspectives on environmental justice and climate change.
