Recommitting to Your Wellness in 2022:

A Focus on Lawyer Mental Health and Well-Being

As the New Year begins, please join HLSA of Washington, DC, and HLSA of Massachusetts for a program focused on recommitting to--and improving--lawyer mental health and well-being.  We hope this candid discussion will aid in destigmatizing mental health concerns and provide a guide to healthier practices for well-being, particularly in relation to our professional lives. Topics will include coping with daily stress due to the nature of the legal profession, depression, substance abuse, seeking assistance for others, and corporate America’s embrace of mental health as a component of overall health and well-being.
