Modern Legal Culture
What Is Big Law Firm Associate Life Really Like These Days?
Somewhere between large law firms' virtue-signaling about improved culture, DEI, and quality of life, and high-profile stories of layoffs, toxic workplaces, discrimination and harassment, and disrespect for parental leave lies the truth about what life as an associate at a large firm is really like right now.
Join HLSA of Massachusetts board member Machua Millett '00 as he moderates a discussion among current and former big law associates and partners about what associate life was, is, and can be expected to be like in the future.
